RAW VEGGIE SOUP

2 CARROTS
1 CUCUMBER
2 Roman TOMATOES
2 ONIONS
1 AVOCADO
2 cups soup stock or one large onion, sautéed and added to
2 cups WATER to make a stock
SALT or dulse or Braggs to taste.

Put this all in the blender until it is smooth.
Can be eaten cold, or warmed, but not hot.
