2 avocados

juice of 1/2 a lemon or a whole lime
(or a bit less depending on how big your avocados are)

1 small tomato - peeled
(soak it in hot water for a few minutes and it peels easily)

1/2 of a small onion
(depends how oniony you like it)

small clove of garlic
(if you like garlic in it)

a dash of salt

a handful of cilantro or parsley

I put the peeled tomato, onion, garlic, salt and cilantro or parsley in a food processor and practically puree it. I then lightly mash up the avocado with the lemon or lime juice and then fold in the tomato mixture, adding a bit at a time until it's perfect... bon appetite!
